REFUND POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by WinningBlackJackSecrets.com within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

There are two categories of products:

• electronic products (e-books, software,…). For these products we give refunds right away you make this demand.
• physical products (printed books, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, …). For these products we give the refund at the time we receive the products through mail.
